The Incanto Sirius is the newest Saeco super automatic machine. The Incanto Sirius introduces several new innovations from Saeco such as the Saeco Brewing System® (SBS®). SBS® allows you to make an infinite variety of coffee from one automatic machine. Simply turn the dial located on the front of the dispensing head and you can regulate the amount of pressure used to brew each cup, changing the consistency of the espresso. Turning the knob to the left results in a strong black coffee while turning it to the right results in a rich creamy espresso.

The Incanto Sirius is the first super automatic machine to come with a built-in ceramic grinder. The ceramic grinder provides a more controlled grind, ensuring a perfect dose every time you brew. This new grinder is virtually noise free, as well. The touch screen display adds sophistication and ease to preparing your coffee. The graphic display uses special icons to clearly detail each function so coffee is prepared with minimal effort in just seconds. The Incanto Sirius also has the newly redesigned Saeco removable brew group. This new generation brew group gives a noticeably more intense flavor to coffee with up to 12 grams per cup. Being your own barista has never been easier, you can now make any espresso based drink in only seconds. For a cappuccino or latte, the steam wand with Rapid-Steam® technology froths milk with little effort and less time.   • Pannarello Frothing Device - Dispenses steam in three different directions and makes it easy to froth milk for cappuccinos and lattes. It also dispenses hot water for making hot drinks and soups, and is completely removable for easy cleaning.
  • Aqua Prima Water Filter - With the Aqua Prima water filter, the number of flavour-altering substances found in water is reduced, and any micro-particles and impurities are filtered, so you can enjoy the improved flavour and full aroma of your coffee. The Aqua Prima filter also reduces the formation of limescale in the machine so that it lasts even longer.

I had this machine overseas in a non-touch-screen model. It has a 'small coffee' button that is difficult to use/select. It should be just a sight touch of the button, but it is not. Med and Large selections are easily selected. The machine drips water throughout the day which my other machine did not do. If I had not had the other machine to compare it to, I might not have noticed the extra water.

This coffee machine is perfect for people that like versatility. The coffee strength can be adjusted for each person's preference. I like cappuccino in the morning but espresso later in the day, my husband likes regular coffee. Since it takes beans or preground we can try different flavors/roasts, one cup at a time. It is also very attractive on our counter. Highly recommend.
