Simple and easy

Simple and easy to use. Quick to heat up. The "cr`eme`" is rich and thick. You almost don't need to make cappuccino. It brews a full rich cup, a great way to start each day and I finish the evening with a cup of decaf. This is a totaly manual coffee maker. There is no auto loading or shut off. But the cup is so rich its` worth it

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

After following all instructions, I had no more than two good cups of espresso. There seems not to be enough power to force the steam through - water sits on top of the coffee in the basket. A trickle of lousy, thin, coffee-stained water manages to get through. Even with frequent cleaning (which helkps a little) the steam simply is not "espressed" through the coffee.
